Fantastic location! Almost everything was within walking distance. The rooms were impeccable for a four star rental. We did run into some problems here and there at Gran Via but luckily their friendly staff were kind enough to attend to our needs almost i

The experience was super LOUD! They have construction going on, so you can hear the drill from the streets like if it is inside your room. They do NOT give you the memo in advance nor lower the price due to this huge shortcoming. Staff gave me an attitude

We stayed here for three nights and it was great! The 4 bedroom duplex was just amazing, very spacious and high end. The only problem was the hot water pressure in the apartment (8b).
