Location was great but they had bedbugs! Yuck! We noticed the housekeeper removing a mattress with all the bedding, when we were checking in.That was a red flag for me. Sure enough we spotted bedbugs on the linen in our suite. We left immediately!

Beautiful Hotel in the middle of the action. We came here Arround 1 at night with to kids and still it was chilled and easy :)

I went on a school trip to Madrid, We stayed there for three nights. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, same goes for the pillows, on the second day we returned back to find that the toilet had been used, it had a dreadful smell, the showers too small
